All the staff were friendly, caring and all round brilliant. As the weekend was quite warm, a few more fans wouldn't go a miss.

Overnight sleeping could be improved by reducing noise. Observation machine wheels need repairing, as drag along the floor excessive noise. Also possible mute the bleeping so machine would help. Gowns difficult to tie at back and poppers are pyjamas damaged, spring open replace with Velcro on both, particularly gowns easier to open in emergency.

I could not fault the care I have received. Absolutely amazing. Brilliant staff, helped me both physically and emotionally. Special thank you to Tracy, Trina, sister P, Megan, bea, Rose Marie, Charlotte, Ruby, Olivera, Tallulah, Adriana and Edyta. I will always be grateful for all the help and care I have received.

The discharge process needs looking at. I waited from 9 am until 6 pm for meds. I also confirmed to doctors I needed a sick note at 9 am when I went to leave it hadn't been done causing a filter delay. My bed could have gone to a patient instead I used it waiting for documents and meds.

Everyone I have come into contact with have treated me extremely well. All staff have had a pleasant, confident manner about them which has meant I have felt reassured by their care.

Positive attitude, smile no matter how hard/unpleasant task. Girls were very patient and lovely. The attention given to all patients very promptly. In spite of pain lovely experience.
